Warranty: all products for sale by Kilgore HD Miniatures have manufacturer warranty.
This warranty covers:
- Model manufacturing defects
- Lack of any part included in the kit purchased
This warranty does not cover:
- Small casting lines or supports, commonly accepted as part of the scale model manufacturing process, which in no case can be considered as product defects
- Damages produced in the assembly or painting process or a misuse of the model
In the event that your model contains a defect or missing part, please let us know by sending an email to the address info@kilgorehd-miniatures.com and we will contact you as soon as possible to resolve it.
Right of Return: All purchases have a return period of 7 days. Returns that are not for reasons of defects included in the "warranty" section, will be made on behalf of the customer assuming the shipping or collection costs.
To make a return, the kit must be in perfect condition and in its original packaging. Once the merchandise has been received and verified by Kilgore HD Miniatures that it is in perfect condition, the amount of the sale will be refunded (except for transport costs that may have arisen)

Import charges / tariffs: Kilgore HD Miniatures is not responsible for tariffs or any other import costs derived from the purchase of our products outside the European Union. Said expenses will be assumed by the client.
